Taqsha Color Care Warranty — 6 Months

We stand behind the finish of our demi-fine jewellery. Every piece is covered by a 6-month Color Care Warranty for tarnishing, plating discoloration, or peeling under normal wear.

What’s not covered

  • Surface scratches, micro-abrasions, dents, or normal wear & tear
  • Breakage due to drops, impact, or force
  • Lost stones/crystals/parts, bent posts, or misshapen pieces from mishandling
  • Color change caused by chemicals (perfume, lotions, chlorine/bleach), sauna/steam, or prolonged salt-water exposure
  • Items repaired, altered, or resized by third parties
  • Final-sale items (unless defective on arrival)

How to make a claim

1) Email care@taqsha.com within the 6-month period with your order ID, clear photos/video of the issue, and a short description.

2) Our team will verify eligibility within 2–5 business days and advise if an inspection/return is needed.

3) Once approved, we’ll issue your 30% store-credit code by email.

Conditions

  • Proof of purchase from taqsha.com or an authorised Taqsha channel is required.
  • One warranty claim per item. Issuing store credit does not reset or extend the original warranty period.
  • We may decline claims that show misuse or non-warranty conditions after inspection.

Care tip: Wipe after wear, keep dry, and avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, and chlorinated water to preserve the finish.

This warranty is separate from and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
