Where we deliver
Taqsha currently ships within the UAE only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 hours (except UAE public holidays).

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days across the UAE. You’ll receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp update with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery fees
• AED 15 flat fee for orders below AED 149
• Free delivery on orders AED 149 and above

Payment & COD
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. Prepaid orders are usually processed faster.

Address & delivery attempts
Please provide a complete, accurate address and keep your phone reachable for courier coordination. If a delivery attempt fails or a COD order is refused, re-delivery fees may apply.

Delays & exceptions
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather, high-season demand (Ramadan, Eid, White Friday), or courier network disruptions. We will keep you posted if anything changes.

Order tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. Use the link sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp to follow your package in real time.
