Taqsha Exchange Policy (UAE & GCC)


Exchange window

  • 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.

 

What we accept

  • Damaged or defective on arrival — exchange for the same/similar item at no cost to you.
  • Wrong item received — exchange for the correct item at no cost to you.
  • Voluntary style swap (when available) — exchange for a different style/colour; any price difference applies.
  • We offer exchanges or store credit only, not cash refunds (unless required by law).

 

Item condition

  • Unworn and unused, with no scratches or signs of wear.
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, pouches, and any free gifts.
  • Earrings: only if unopened/sealed (hygiene), unless defective on arrival.
  • Gift sets/bundles: full set must be returned.

 

What’s not eligible

  • Final-sale or clearance items (unless defective on arrival).
  • Personalized/engraved items.
  • Items altered, repaired, or resized by third parties.
  • Normal wear & tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

 

Shipping & fees

  • If we’re at fault (defective/incorrect item): Taqsha covers return shipping and re-delivery.
  • Voluntary style swap (UAE): AED 25 exchange fee (one fee covers pickup + re-delivery).
  • Voluntary style swap (GCC): courier at cost; any duties/taxes are not refundable.
  • Shipping/handling fees are not issued as store credit.

 

One-time exchange

  • One exchange per item. Once exchanged or converted to store credit, the item isn’t eligible for another exchange.

 

How to request an exchange

  • Email care@taqsha.com within 7 days with your order ID and clear photos/video showing the issue.
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and share a return label or return instructions.
  • Once received and inspected (2–5 business days), we’ll dispatch your exchange or issue store credit (valid 6 months).

 

Cancellations

  • You may cancel before dispatch by emailing care@taqsha.com.
  • After dispatch, please complete delivery and follow the exchange process above.

 

Warranty reminder

  • Manufacturing defects and colour changes are covered under our 6-Month Color Care Warranty (separate from this policy).

 

Legal

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
